Rules & Regulations

  • Only designated spaces on the 4th and 5th floors are available for use.

  • Nothing may be hung from the chandeliers.

  • No standing or dancing on chairs, tables, or window ledges.

  • Without prior written approval, items may not be hung in the venue. If approved, all décor must be removed without causing damage. Clients are responsible for any damages, and additional fees may apply for repairs or replacement

  • Rice, confetti, glitter, pyrotechnics, sparklers, and bubbles are not allowed.

  • The venue is a non smoking, drug free space. Smoking and drug use are not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • No straight pours of alcohol are allowed. Liquor must be served with mixers, and outside alcohol is not permitted.

• Glassware is not allowed on the dance floor.

  • Pets may be onsite only for photos or the ceremony and must have a designated handler. Service animals are always welcome.

  • No open flame candles (i.e., candles without a container or hurricane) are permitted; real flame candles are permitted if used in a non-flammable container or surrounded by non-flammable hurricane.

  • All children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.

  • Clients and guests must follow all Michigan laws.

  • The maximum occupancy of the venue is 300 people, including support staff and vendors.

  • Any guest who appears intoxicated, disorderly, involved in a fight, or displaying similar behavior may be removed at the discretion of High Five GR staff or vendors.

  • The bridal suite must be cleaned at the end of the event. Excess trash left behind may result in additional fees.

  • Our planters are family heirlooms and may only be moved by a High Five team member. A moving fee applies.


    Bag Search & Security Compliance
    In accordance with applicable Michigan laws and for the safety of all guests, the Venue reserves the right to inspect all bags, purses, containers, and personal items upon entry or at any time while on the premises. Refusal to comply with a search request may result in denied entry or removal from the property.
